Na.

Benq White Phat.

I plugged in the kinect an it said you need a update like what?

Updated to dash, then had it reflashed to LT 1.1 now it no longer works.

Which doesn't make sense as the last update in january supported it so how can it need a update?

The new dashboard must of did something to dsiable it?

It's funny, all my games work fine but can't even sign in live because it asks to update so will just reflash back to stock again again * sigh*

So annoying.

Although i could have swore people were going on xbox live with a flashed LT 1.1 playing back ups but how is that possible with what i just typed above?

If you have a hitachi console or a drive spoofed as a hitachi it won't update the firmware so will apply the new dash but no new drive FW.

the real question you should be asking yourself is, does your kinect work with the NEW original FW from the update flash???????????????

The kinect did, but games didn't lol

But i'm saying if you reflashed why would you need to update to latest for it to work when the one that came out in janury already did?

so you're saying you own a legit kinect enabled game that doesn't work after the update with the original FW?
I would be calling MS if so.........

Okay, I haven't been keeping up the past couple weeks, so i must've missed something. What happened to Slim 0227? If new Dash flashes 9504 to 0227 when you update on live, how can there be a LT1.9 for 9504? Did I misunderstand the 9504->0227 reflash?

LT+ 1.9 is for 0272 (old 9504)

See that is what's confusing to me. LT+1.9 is being announced for 9504, 0225, & 0401. After the update that causes this to be required, we have a 0227. If the 9504 Lt+1.9 is actually 0227 LT+1.9, why is it being called 9504?

Because 0272 is basically a 9504 updated (9504 on the case sticker). It is for recognize it.
All firmware LT release after 1.9 will be 0272

The right version is 0272, NOT 0227 wink.gif

Still seems a bad idea calling a drive firmware by the wrong revision just cause of a sticker. I'm just one of those that thing technical specs should actually be specific. Oh yeah, i know it's 0272, I just have 0227 stuck in my head. I know that's not very specific, lol.
