Fair enough,

Anyone suggesting they would somehow (be able to) lock it to their x360 usb doesn't understand the workings...

Pity they haven't seen fit to release their ap2.5 ripping method to some local trusted modders to get local patches and upload (*hint*hint :-)

I guess if the 'C4eva speaks' was better managed, less ppl would be confused. It would seem any legit question/comment submitted doesn't make it onto their forum(s) (Thats what I keep hearing anyway- makes ppl take less serious what is on there which is usually just large numbers of noobs repetitively asking 'when will FW X be finished??)

QUOTE
0225 is easy to write with the x360usbpro

I think ur confused, there is no write solution! (so far AFAIK)
I think ur think of READ not write

It's a wonder anyone would put personal time and energy into making anything for such a bunch of idiotic ingrates as the bulk of 360 modders are.  I dont get it, but thankfully C4E still keeps doing the work for all of us. Thankfully, he must be some sort of mental case.

I have been happily using Team Xecuter products since day one. Keep up the good work!

Like everyone else, I dont much like that our entire firmware modding world effectively rests on the back of one man (or a few), but I do appreciate the need for secrecy. If anyone else could be trusted, I am sure they would welcome the help. The simple fact is, you can't trust anyone with stuff like this. It will get abused or exposed eventually if you do. God forbid the guy (or guys) have a real life event happen- like a birth, or a death, or a bad car accident- the world's 360 hacked firmware scene stops dead in it's tracks.

So goes the way of such things.

i cant believe people even moan about this

c4eva could have just released one firmware, for the drives he has in his 360 (say if he had a 74 series liteon, he could just release the firmware for that, heck, he has the choice to not even release it)

but instead, he creates many firmwares for every drive. for free, and people still bitch and moan. so what if he wants to charge for it, its his choice, it is at the end of the day his firmware.

im eagerly waiting for the 0225 firmware and x360usb, but if he decides at last minute "sod it, i cant be bothered releasing the firmware, screw you all" im not going to bitch and whine. ill just get over it.

The whiners feel they're entitled to it now.
