does 12611 dash affect the fat models with spoofed drives.
i have a 74850C liteon spoofed to samsung with 9199 dash(xtreme 5.3-offline).
will 12611 dash make the drive unreadable for originals and backups.
or does it only affect slims.cos idont have the original drive,thats how i bought it.

Thanks for setting the record straight. as the title states, the lizard is the ONLY HARDWARE FLASHER, not just this years model of the same old thing. And I'm about 90% sure any JF file can be poted to lizard fairly simply anyway, so forget about exclusive data. What cracks me up is that all these ppl are going to buy the tX usb adapter thinking that they are going to flash 0225 with it. Read between the lines kids, if you don't have a 9504, you are gonna be SOL for a while. Just save your money. Or buy a lizard if you hate cutting traces.

Can we seriously stop with the firmware now, only one guy is doing it. He could be doing other things with his free time.

Microsoft is fighting back harder and harder, just give it up. Now if people have to actually BUY accessories just to hack the drive now, it's not worth it.

I am sorry for being negative but, what is the point anymore?

Focus more on figuring out how to jtag the new dashes. Instead of wasting time on Cd-Rom firmware so pirates can play online.

(The reason I say this is because it's basically instant death to go online with a JTAG. I have NO DOUBT in my mind people go online with the backups, and most of them are pirates.)

as far as I know, it only happens with the slims, haven't seen the first fat with that issue.

People don't want JTAG consoles online.

Just like people don't want hacked PS3s online because these consoles can play games with their assets modified to allow cheating.

A DVD drive hack just allows backups, believe it or not, there are some people who legitimately use backups, kids etc.

Ok well instead of complaining about what other people are doing, why don't you go work on JTAGing newer consoles for us then with your free time. You do realize without firmware, there probably would of never been a JTAGed 360.

Believe it or not, C4E might actually like the challenge.

I have not seen the first fat with the "play dvd" only issue, it is a fact for ap 2.5 games not working on spoofed consoles (samsung drives on consoles with ap 2.5 capable drives like a benq or lite on), but I would like you to point me to the thread about a fat console suffering from the "play dvd" issue where the only solution is to put back on the original drive, cause I think you either misunderstood my post or you are simply wrong.
and you can spoof a fat lite on drive to 0225

but it will always show "play dvd" if the console is on 12611 but it will work if the console is still on 9199, I guess we will have to wait for a correct way to spoof drives and be able to use it on the new slims or maybe an option to use 9504 drives and spoof them as 0225 but that will require a hacked firmware for 9504 first, time will tell.

I was referring to spoofing non ap25 to ap25 capable console, not the lite-on spoofing slim issue.
