The first ap2.5 challenge is check OSIG. Spoofing is a no go.

Why are people worrying about spoofing when

1.) The dashboard removed the requirement to spoof a while ago
2.) LT doesn't support spoofing so it isn't possible to do in JF?

Yes, he's probably just flashed a BenQ and is using it instead of a Liteon, seeing as the dash doesn't care what drive is installed now.

For folks talking about spoofing: I just flashed my Benq with the new fw and it's spoofed as a Lite-On. AC:BH booted right up np. I use this box for offline so no worries about being banned.

can I play new games ripped with ap25 on 1.6 NS FW with new kinect dash 12611 ? or the LT+ is required? Playing only offline.

Hi guys...quick question. I have a Lite-on drive flashed with LT 1.0....to update it to LT+ do I need to do the MRA thingie all over again? I ask because I fried my notebooks HDD a while back and have no old files from the previous flashes.

No, LT+ is required to run AP2.5 games, offline and online.

Hi guys! Just a quick question.
I have a Falcon JTAG. Originaly it has Lite-On DG16D2S. Now I have BenQ VAD-6038 in it spoofed as Lite-On.
Because I have a JTAG I can edit my kv.bin and change original OSIG in NAND from Lite-On to BenQ, then flash my BenQ with new LT+ (unspoofing it to original BenQ osig). Will it work?

Another spoofing question.   Im running benq spoofed as a lite plds-16d25 7485.  Im looking for a replacement lite-on for it does matter what lite on it is.  I see theirs a 7485 - 8385 - and a 9345.

Question: I took my 360 offline a couple of months ago when all this talk about LT+ was coming out and a possible ban wave.  I still have the 9199 or whatever dash on the 360 with the old LT firmware.  Would I be save to flash LT+ to the drive, then hook the 360 back to live and update to 12611?  Or should I go back to stock firmware, update to 12611, then put on LT+?

I guess what i'm asking is if anyone knows if there are dvd firmware checks during the update process from 9199 to 12611?
