I modded my xbox few months back with ixtreme, not sure which drive I have and whats the version.

When ever I needed to play new games, I had to insert activation disc.

Today, I burned need for speed HP and inserted it, it given me unreadable error.

so I checked with xval, and it shows ap25 challenge failed.

I want to ask if I get banned from xbox live (right now xbox live is working fine) then:

1. All backups will stop working? (New, older ones?)
2. Can I re-flash to newer LT+ firmware and then play newer games on banned xbox (like this NFS HP and other future games)?
3. or I will just can not access to live after it gets banned?
4. After it get banned, can I still connect to kinect and play backed up kinect games? (I will be buying kinect soon)
