If your flagged, then you will be banned.
As far as I know it doesn't matter if you have then the new Lt+ firmware or older ones. Flagged => Banned
not flagged => no ban (at ban wave or whatsoever)

Oh so now their doing instant ban? Cause i know last year there was a time frame (november?, december?) thousands got banned all at once.

I remember last year there was no warning and you just got banned instantly, now they seem to be "flagging" consoles and haven't started banning yet  

Maybe they are waiting for LT+ so they can detect that then start the ban wave

You have it backwards. In the past, your box would be flagged and you would be banned in the next ban wave (Unless it is a jtag=ban within hours). Now with the new dash update, once you are flagged, your box is crippled instantly even if offline. Unless you restore your nand, you will be banned the next time you attempt to get on live. So the new dash pretty much means instant dash bans.

I know it's expected that the flagged nand will = ban, but has anyone actually been banned when going on live with ap2.5 fail?
