As far as I know - no one still hasn't been banned with LT firmware 1.1/1.2 (unless he was flagged before installing LT FW) no matter with new DB or the old one.
Just some of us got flagged after trying to run AP25 backups from new DB.
But still no bans.

I bet MS will start banning shortly after the release of LT+.
