yes he does, it also has the dash update on the disk (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I have a questions that I have yet to find a straight answer about.

If my xbox is already banned and I: upgrade to kinect dash, play ap2.5 game, get the ap2.5 flag. What does that ban actually mean? Is it just a live ban or will it disable me from playing my other backups?

Damn assassins creed has ap 2.5

i have 2 wait for LT+ then
And i think im flagged for trying to play fable 3 on the new dash but i'm still not banned.. is someone else already been banned that has been flagged?

My friend said that happened to him. Said his cousing called em asking why Fable 3 didnt work. He said it works fine. Cousin said it asked for an update and I did, and games not working.
3 days later he logged in and said he was banned.

That depends on your firmware. If you have revision 78/79 then you most likely won't be able to, but some people have supposedly had it work so you just have to try.

Yes I believe they will but some people have said that their profile was corrupted after the update so do so at your own risk. If you decide to do it then report back here and tell us what happened.
