Please Help With Dvd Replacement!

I have a console with a Hitachi GDR-3120L ROM 0079FL stock not modded.. I want to replace it with a brand new BenQ VAD6038 and flash it with firmware LT 1.2

Can someone please break it down for me what I would need to do to make this swap happen please and thanks.
