And here are the winning lotto numbers of today:

1-2-f-6-7-5

So? Without the code it's useless.

...everyone but the most delusional among us know Jtag is a complete lost cause

It's only a "lost cause" if you're clueless.

just like the psjailbreak, right smile.gif

i would be surprised if this code doesn't leak before the product ships

Pretty much, but the psjailbreak code wasnt directly read from the device and "leaked" it was reversed.

Logic analyser and some time and someone could reimplement this in a DIY solution. I dont expect it to take long for someone to post a hex that functions the same way as this.

Or they could just recreate it from scratch, its not a complex project.

When only a hardcore few buy it and 99% of homebrew is piracy tools then yeah it is a complete lost cause, and before anyone says it i know some people use it to genuinely keep content they legitimately bought, but that'll be no more than 1% of people who use it.

Definitely a waste of money.  New firmware should be out within a month or two, this is just a waste and isn't safe for live.  I don't even understand why the developer would go through the trouble of making these.  He would be better off just putting up a tutorial on how to build your own.  He will only get a few month of sales out of these if lucky or if there is any desire by people to actually buy them.

Probably took a day to design and test.

probably around $3 per board from china.

Doesn't need to sell much to make him enough money to buy a few new toys (tools).

Will this method still work even if your AP25 banned?
