Some hitachis support AP2.5
Kinetic dash = Latest dash
Fable 3 did work with pre-kinect dash (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I've seen and heard of 0, which ones do?  Kinetic dash = nonsense, it's Kinect dash or Kinect.  No Kinetic dash or Kinetic games, camera, ect. exist.  Kinetic refers to a form of energy.  Just like the "slim" got renamed from the 360 S.  You will not find a slim Xbox in MS product catalog or listings, people mistakenly call it that because of the internet.  Sony makes a Slim PS3.  Fable I didn't say anything about or care to, none were any good.  ;P

I have a 47 and 79 running the Kinect Dash, no AP 2.5 here xaudiox.  It's because your banned or you got a bad update.  People had trouble wth NFS anyway, it may be that particular rip.

It's kinetic dash because it makes people jump around in panic and do countless posts about not getting AC:B to work. That's energy ;p

Anyhow, some 78's and 79's have AP2.5 support.

Hitachi 79

Installed dash update from NFS HP disc and came up with dirty disc error, so presumed i wouldn't be able to boot AP2.5 games.

Checked Xval and had been flagged. (Not bothered tho as i've another box for Live)

so thought sod it and installed newest dashboard from Microsoft and now have no problems booting AP2.5 games. Ive checked Fable 3 also and no problems.

But i've had to patch these games with abgx360.

Hope this clears up things for a few people.

DVD-ROM DRIVE   May 2007
MODEL: GDR-3120L   ROM Ver: 0079FL

I have a Hitachi 79FL and I got AP2.5 games working just fine on 1.51 firmware.

Just patch VIA USB key, make sure your games are properly ripped (Check burned DVD with newest version of ABGX 1.04) and you're good to go.

I'm guessing people are getting flagged or having problems because they did not use a flash drive update and did not check the ISO with the latest version of ABGX to properly patch AP2.5.

Just been reading through this thread. Could someone confirm if it's essential to have the same OSIG for AP2.5 games? I've got a banned Hitachi 59, spoofed as a 78, currently running ix1.51 and the pre-kinect dash. I haven't actually tried any AP2.5 games yet.

Even if I update to the latest dash, will the spoofed revisions cause problems with AP2.5 checks?

The OSIG definitely needs to match, else it will cause problems.

No it's called not knowing what you're doing or not thinking things through.  Neither of them have it.  If some had it they all would have it.  Hitachi's dont have it, none of them.
