What about this conditions:

-Flashed Philips with iXtreme 1.61 lt
-Updated to New Kinect Dashboard
-Play Fable 3 ORIGINAL or another AP 2.5 ORIGINAL (maybe all new Kinect games)

1.-That get's me banned?
2.-Or only the copied games (Fable 3 and AP 2.5) are in warning of banning?
3.-Somebody knows if Rock Band 3 have AP 2.5?

The X: Value is an encrypted string of letters and numbers (hex) stored on your xbox and is specific only to Your xbox. It is useful in conjunction with Xval 2,0 program to see if YOUR xbox has been flagged.

how do i check this? do i have to tear my xbox apart or is there an easy way to check? I am curious if mine is flagged. I didnt mod my 360 i had someone else do it. so if it requires tearing it down then i guess i wont be able to check.

I read the thread from the start and i didn't find an answer to this.

If I don't mind Live (or being flagged/banned) but I update the dash in order to play kinect games, is it  technically possible to patch games to be playable with my old firmware.

I now such software may not exist now, all I'm asking is if it's posible to force the boot of these games.(at the expense of modifying the disc structure, I know, but many of us don't care about live).

Thanks, sorry for all the noob questions, but I guess you learn little by little.

once the games come copiled with the 2.0.12xxx SDK,they won't run on an older dashboard, even if you remove the $SystemUpdate folder from the iso.
you'll be forced to update to the new dash, but then the new games (fable 3 and probably all kinect games) won't run since the dvd drive failes the ap25 check.you'll have to update to LT+ in order to play the newer games.

Read the readme that comes with Xval it is very easy to do. So easy even a caveman could do it, the X val and the serial number are shown in plain font in your system information.

To everyone else: Take Nate Dogg's advice  and lay low!

Admit it guys MS has you by the balls.  You now have to wait to play fable3 etc.  Seems to me it's behind the curve to have a flashed firmware if you have to wait to play the latest and greatest.  So now you have to wait even longer for the masterminds to fix it before you can play it.  I am all for back ups.  But if that is really why you have your firmware flashed.  Then why don't you play the original?  I mean if you have it surely you can put it in your drive and use it until they fix this.  To all the pirates, SUCK IT! *Puts Fable3 in 360 and plays it, wow look at that it works, no flashing no worrying about updates, Ahhh...  Seriously if you can't afford games, maybe you should not be playing them, instead, better your education and get better jobs, then you can afford all the games you want.  Don't get me wrong I love this site and everything that goes with it.  But this trying to beat MS is getting very very very old.

are you for real

Thank you for answering. I get that part, what I'm asking is if it's posible to patch the AP2.5 titles so they can be playable with the old drive firmware but in the new kinect dashboard.

Is it safe to play retail titles on LT firmware with the new dashboard!?!?!?!

I want to buy kinect and play kinect titles but I have a LT hacked drive. Can I safely place these retail games without worrying about a ban?

I'm a Sir (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
Oh I know most people claim to do actually backups of bought games but the truth is 99% of people here (myself included) are using pirated games. Realistically there is no need to make backups, I have old PC Game discs from the early 90's that still work. I know piracy talk is not welcome here, but dont claim your not pirating when you really are.

So this stuff doesnt apply to people with JTAG's?

No it doesn't.  If you have jtag you should not update otherwise you will lose the jtag.  You have to wait for a new freeboot or xbreboot if they are still around.
