You have to remember that MOST if not ALL original 360's had hitachi's ... These consoles mainly all suffered from RROD and are dead. The Hitachi's that are still floating around are 90% spoofed in other consoles and not in the original machine they came int. thus, info is short at hand and will take time to gain. Be patient. please

Loggio, i think that you dont know to who are u talking, and what i did or not? to help ppl, here and at other places, but in any case im not trying to get a personal gain as you said. im just trying to determine a point of break with ap 2.5 and drives (specially at hitachi models) Be sure, that if i can get a 59dj drive, i already tested it and posted it, i already tested it on my 47 and all is fine (but that is not any news for you)

I have tested more old games with my xbox360 Hitachi and all seen to work just fine, offline of course. Been playing MW2 (Retail) all morning and nothing is happening. More details on the 2nd console are unknown until he arrives from work.

Ok got some new info, 2nd xbox is having problems with some of the older games like NBA2k9, AC 1, Ninja Blade and few others. Either they freeze or give disk errors. Fable 3 is still unreadable. 2nd Xbox is currently online playing

my bestfriend works as a operations engineer of xbox live operations in richmond here in washington, which is like 5 miles away from me.

he also has a flashed 360 as well, so he telling me info on what to do. He says fable it self wasnt only a game it also was created to start operation banhammer to activate it self on the new update making it not read ,and flagged for banning.He says the next big 3 titles comming out are in this whole operation as well.  I will come back with more info later today.

The thread is not about banning... What you're saying is quite obvious. The information we're trying to get is about what disc drives report what errors. All you have to do is ignore it. Thanks for your time

I don't get why we are concerned about Hitachi drives.  Yes, some cannot do AP2.5 checks, but we know for sure that they have all been banned in the past.  So, I don't see how having one now is going to help.  I'm sure they won't base all the bans just on the new AP2.5 checks...
