hey guys

just ripped this game to my external hard drive on my jtag,when it comes time for me to press start it say that it cant find my gamer tag....it gives me options 1. continue with out achievements 2.download gamer tag 3. continue... if i use options to continue it runs fine but logs out my gamer tag

ps.. my gamer tag is working fine on all my other games

XVal is a little program where you plug in your console's serial number and the "x value" (found on console info page on the dashboard) and tells you if your console has been flagged or not (it can be flagged for a number of reasons).

Bit over my head my friend but i can say both 360's has never been on xbox live. Just stange how sporadic this problem is.

Your friends dvd laser has gone bad that's why he is having problems, this has nothing to do with the problem we are dealing with in this threat.

XVal reports "Failed AP25 Challenge" for me too.

What is AP25? Is it what's being discussed on this blog, or is it something else?........

So whats your point? I'm in the preview program and it doesnt boot, and the original one does.

So its.

1. Bad rip by Marvel which i really doubt.
2. New protection (very likely).

If it doesnt boot now, it will not boot when the updates is being send to everyone.
Damn how freaking hard is it to understand.

Hey guys, I have updated my response if it helps anyone.

Hey guys I have a good answer:

I have 2 Xbox360s:

1. Offline Elite never been on Xbox Live with LiteOn 8xxxx Series - The firmware is 1.5v as I have to use activation disc to boot Wave 4 Ripped Games.
It has the first built of leaked Kinect Xbox 360 dashboard when the preview program started.
Fable 3 works without problems. (Installs and Plays)

2. Xbox 360 Elite - Registered-Officially in the Beta Program with Latest Update.
it has LiteOn 74xxx Series with LT firmware. ( I just paid someone to do it yesterday).
After the update the console was taken offline for good.
Fable 3 gives the Unrecognized Disc Error. (This Console has the Latest Build of Kinect - dashboard: Oct 26, 2010)

Something definitely is going on. Lastly when I booted Fable 3 my profile became corrupt and I had to re-download it form Xbox Live.

i Got 2 Boxes:

1st box Flashed with LT and no Dashboard update - Fable 3 (Not Recognized i've patched it to wave 3.. Worked fine after that - i guess its Flagged as hell by now

- Profile not corrupt - played on live

2nd box Flashed with LT WITH dashboard - Beta program - Fable 3 Not Recognized - Wave 3 ALSO not recognized! - Profile Corrupt! - played on live

That is my feedback its good to note That ALL OTHER backups works fine on both machines until now!

I was also thinking that m8 but his 360 is only 5 months old & plays everything else that has been released like medal of honor,star wars force unleashed 2, vanquish, halo reach, Quantum Theory,Enslaved, shall i go on. If this was the laser then why would these work. My 360 is a launch 360 and plays everything i throw at it.

Just tried my own rip (from an original disc) in my JTAG as a GOD. Used NXE2GOD. Works perfectly. I haven't tried to rip the iso & burn it cause i'm too lazy. Might get to it eventually though.

Bottom line - JTAG owners don't have anything to fret about, others? Don't know, don't care.
