Lite On 93450c Big Problem. Please Help!

Just flashed my liteon 93450c with probe 2 (no solder method).

Everything went fine until I turned the xbox on it gave me 4 red lights and I smell burning.

Opened xbox back up looked at the pad where I did the V CUT & It is burnt just on that spot.

I used conductive glue that is recommended by an official ck3 reseller so I know the glue was fine.

I didnt put too much everywhere I just covered like it states on this tutorial.

Im thinking maybe the glue was a bit damp. I did leave it for 10 minutes though.

Please Help Me !!!!

you shorted the board and fried your circuits.  you can try cleaning the glue and then reapplying only the tiniest bit, but chances are the drive is fried and you will need a new one.
