Hi Guys,
It would be great if anyone could help me... I need to flash a Lite-On 74850C that has previously been flashed by someone else. Luckily, they were thoughtful enough to print the key on the drive itself.

I dont have a probe which is said to be required to flash this drive in every tutorial I have read, but I do have the key. So is it possible for me to manually enter the key for this drive and flash the drive successfully somehow?

if you read the tut i am surprised you didn't read the part where olded ixtreme f/w can be dumped by hitting the dummy from ixtreme button in j/f if it already has LT on it and your trying to flash back to stock to avoid ban yes J/F comes with liteon original f/w and if you go into manual spoofing you can import you dvd key into the f/w but your calib data will still be different from your stock data so you might still get banned anyways it depends on how bad the new dash screws everyone

Load that key into a firmware with jungleflasher.

Verify that firmware against the drive, and you'll know if it's the right key.

I just need my dvd key, do I still need to probe it? I'm not looking to flash it and it is stock
