Benq Drive Key...

So I'm trying to help my friend flash is benq to lt1.1.  He's currently flashed but it was done by someone else and I have no idea what fw he's running right now.  I tried using jungleflasher and doing it the normal way but it won't give me the key or flash the drive.

How do I get around this?

Use Jungle Flasher to read the current firmware from the drive then have Jungle Flasher auto select the proper custom firmware update from the firmware folder and flash that to the drive.

It is all in the Jungle Flasher tutorial and since you have a BenQ it should be as easy as you can get.

Just as ranger said us jf with the tutorial, drive with tray open and into it.

Or use iprep a dos tool if jf isn't working for you.

I tried that but it keeps freezing part way through. I'm able to click the "benq unlock" and have the magic keys do their work but when I click "Intro / Device ID" it freezes...
