Ok so I bought this jtag and it was banned from xbl and it they never patched a DVD key to the nand so all it has is the center flashing lite bc the nand DVD key and the dvd itself dnt have matching keys.

What I want to do is somehow read the dvd key from the DVD drive so I can patch that to the nand. I dont want to flash this drive only fix the dvd key in the nand. Is there a tut out there that can do this?

A few things are not making sence.

Center flashing light has nothing to do with drive key.

If console was banned in recent ban wave then you can't get the CPU key and you can't do anything to the nand.

You need to figure out what is wrong with the DVD drive.

center light flashes fast it is not solid. Which is an tell tale sign of a dvd problem I know that this IS because key dvd drive and nand DO NOT match.  
no to mention the guy i bought it from told me that he doesnt have the DVD key for the drive so it does not work. Everything says play disc

It is JTAG with xbr wen it was banned is not relevent. as the nand can be reflashed with unbanned KV. Which i have done 10+ times already.

However the dvd and nand have 2 different DVD keys.

What i am wanting to do is Get the DVD key from the DVD drive. Thats all i need to do.

Then I can patch the nand with the correct DVD key and rewrite the nand.

Anyone with info on how to extract the dvd key from a sammy It would be greatly apprecaited
