Hello,

A fried of mine was trying to flash his drive when I guess his drive crapped out. I have 2 bin files that he said he extracted but when I try to read them in jungle flasher I get a parse error. Would anyone be able to look at these in a hex editor. Im unsure myself how to read it in hex.

I suspect the problem is that the bin files are blank.
Am i correct in thinking this a was complete lite-on firmware dump?

If it's a lite-on he should send the drive circuit board to someone that is a expert at recovering lost firmware.

But I will gladly look at the .bin data for you. PM me for more help.

It was a toshiba flash. Not a lite on. I will send you a pm though. Thanks.
