Why would anyone want this?

Just use an old "boot everything" firmware and skip live. You WILL get banned eventually, so why bother?

If you don't like it bro and have no faith on C4EVA work don't mod it! or make comments about it, stick to your original stuff and stop making wrong comments just keep those opinions to yourself.  don't worry about what other people do.

How have you managed that LT doesn't allow spoofing.

BenQ LT nice to know its nearly finished (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I have a few people nagging me when is it to be released.

I put LT spoofed as a Samsung MS-25 onto a Lite-on 74850c.  (Tried explaining to the guy that it wouldn't protect him from the ban hammer as it wasn't the correct drive, + he was already modded.  Some people just never listen....)

I don't know what I did so special to permit it, I tried it again with his other box, but used a Lite-on 83850c V1, and it wouldn't take/permit me to flash it.

Awesome Team!  Keep pumpin' em' out!

Assume that the Sammys will be next, and then a while down the road... Hitachi's; probably starting with the 79 and working their backwards if they continue.

I actually have an unmodded system with a 79 in it right now - waiting for that one though I know it will be a while.

Good work...

I wish Hitachi was second, hopefully it comes out rather quickly. I hope I wasn't flagged, I haven't been on live in months even before the ban wave.

I never said it was spoofed. The new dashboard doesn't care what drive you have in your 360.

You do not know that... nor do you know if future dashboards will implement it.  The New dashboard may not "Care" but that does not mean that it does not Log it and report it.

Come on. It was a question. Didn't realise it was for the only solution for newer lite-ons. Modding is fine, I just don't get the whole cat and mouse hunt concerning live.

HMMMM?  I'm curious if after LT is placed onto an older drive... could it be re-dumped, via standard methods?

Now you got me wondering too even though i thought that problem was only a liteon  thing. This sounds like good news even though im already running 1.41 on my benq since before xmas. Might already be flagged but oh well, ill probably update to this  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I never suggested otherwise /boring

As an educated guess though, I'm thinking that if the dashboard no longer throws up an error, then they're not bothered with drive swaps, perhaps due to factory returns etc.
