Jungleflasher V0.1.70 Windows 7

I just downloaded the new jungleflasher V0.1.70 and it will not load on my windows 7 desktop.  When I click on it I see the arrow start to circle like it is loading but it never does.  I opened task manager and looked at the processes and I see it running but it never comes up.  Also I tried running JF on my windows 7 laptop and it works fine, but I have no way to hook my xbox to the laptop.  I have used JF and flashed my box on my desktop before but not with windows 7 it was XP at the time.  oh I also manually installed PortIO just incase but that did not help. Any ideas what could be wrong guys?  I appreciate any adive you may have.

Nevermind I have let my computer set for about 15min with JF in the process list and it finally loaded up.  So if you are having this prob just let it set and it might come up.
