I would like to just put it out there I'm thankful these guys even went through the trouble to do this for us considering how many people forget this is a hobby and flipped out like they got the short end of the stick in the ban wave. We all knew it could happen, and nothing chances with that though today. But. Thanks to the boys that are responsible for this firmware and when the benq version hits, I'll be using it and thankful for the fun it brings.

Got two consoles from eBay today, gonna X-clamp 'em and get back into the game!  That is, once the BenQ firmware is out.   biggrin.gif

Thanks to the scene for all the hard work.  Don't let the haters get you down.  The silent majority out here know what you've sacrificed for little or no reward.

So if I backup using a Samsung Keron drive do I need to do anything to the backup or is it ready to go?  With all this talk about ss2 etc, I'm little confused.

Thanks, Thanks, Thanks to all involved for all the hard work.

Anyone knows if flash still works in ms-dos?
I always have problems writing firmware in windows.

Any news about the release date for other drives?

Just wanted to throw my thanks out there to c4e, team jungle and team xecuter for their work an dedication to this project.

The way people reacted to nothing but rumors was sickening.

I know it isn't safe, but are non-splitvid discs still bootable with LT?
Have a banned Liteon, cba with the wave booting disc.

Thanks C4E  biggrin.gif  I never doubted you for a second  tongue.gif

Great to hear. Just have one question. I have an untouched 360 with a BenQ but I also have a modified 360 with a LiteOn drive. How would I go about using the LiteOn drive in the BenQ 360? I know this is a little different from spoofing, right? Any direction would be appreciated.

Cool, guess I'll give this a try sooner or later, when I feel like opening my 360 up again.

Again? As in, it's been modded already? Then you're screwed (according to the text). This only works for virgin Xboxes, apparently.

Yup. I believe LT behaves just like iXtreme 1.6 No Stealth, from the users perspective. No boot discs, no wave checks, it'll just assume you know what the h*** you're doing and run whatever you plug into the Xbox, for better or worse.

The real problem is.. how the hell do you phrase this to the average Joe customer? "Yeah, it's live safe, sorta... probably. You'll know by the end of the year, ok?". tongue.gif

It's going to be funny to see people bashing c4eva throwing this on their drives and going online playing and having the time of their life yet they will never say sorry for bashing him or thanks.

Gratz on the new firmware guys thanks for the time that was put into it and best of all thanks for the free firmware.
