Stealth checking = detectable by Xbox Live. iXtreme 1.61 on Samsung boots all waves (and iXtreme 1.51 for Hitachi), but not BenQ or LiteOn I believe, to boot all waves on those 2 you need iXtreme LT (1.1).

5.3a is safe, i lost count of how many consoles i have running it that play on live every day.  it is not detectable, but it has known vulnerabilities that make it a big target come next dash update, but for now it is safe.

After some digging and testing it would seem my BenQ w/1.61THX Runs Wave 6.  That's one thing I wanted to know answered.

Now I am left with To LIVE or not to live and I am being told slightly confusing info.    
However, I haven't signed into LIVE in over a month so I will probably upgrade to LT to be safe.

That then tells me you know the answer as to why c4e wrote Sammy LT (based on what I highlighted) - If 5.3a is safe (as you claim), it can't be for security, maybe you could share us an insight, you already know his priorities too.

But it's plainly obvious to anyone - Sammy LT exists because ALL previous fw is detectable!

There have been plently people banned using 5.3a before - it hasn't changed - so why would you presume it's safe?
