As someone who strongly believed that Geremia uncovered the beginning of a for-pay-scheme I would like to take this opportunity to gladly announce that I was wrong.

Either way, C4Eva and his team really deserve some payback for their amazing work (maybe not 50$ per console), especially if they make LT for Sammy/Hitachi/Benq as well.

Sorry for assuming the worst. I'm very happy they came out with a statement although this probably could have been stated earlier to prevent this mess.

IF they wasnt behind the sale of LT then WHY didnt they update twitter hours and hours ago instead of waiting till a swarm of sales had happended and then it was eventually hacked. Either way though I still sprreciate all work that goes into it and im not saying its a bad thing if it was sold since it would only be n00bs and resellers that was scammed anyway lol

And you know what, that would have been fine with MANY of us, had you NOT made us do ALL the freaking work!  I'm sorry $42, should be MORE than enough to cover shipping and labor for you to do EVERYTHING your freaking self!

2 Days later a REAL person, releases his own version of dumping for the Lite-on that decrypts the dump FOR FREE.  The REAL SOULTION IS FOUND OUTSIDE of Team Jungle's spokesperson "Iries" and OBVIOUS MONEY SCAM!

It's not until AFTER a version of 1.6 that could play ALL WAVES is released to the masses, that 1.61 is released to the public, by team JF?!  Was that being delayed for some kind of $$ too?

Ironically I receive LT (Literally) 2 days ago and after trying it out (Which NO ONE will know is safe or not until next years ban wave) There is an update on the TJ page about LT being released for free to the masses.  Hmmm?  I'll bet this is ONLY because it's ALREADY been leaked to the masses, by one of your "re-sellers"

One thing is for sure, I've already dedicated two boxes to LT, one with legit games, and one with back-ups.  I'll tell you in about 12 months if it's safe or not.  LOL But don't worry, I'm sure Microsoft will release a new security check that LT wasn't designed for by next year.  And there is TJ excuse for why you'll still get banned.     On a more short-term note, after it's officially released I'll also make sure my copy is the final release and not some imperfect leaked version.  Which my source does say this is the pending "offical" release version.

@ insanity4all: On the money. Iriez said himself c4e wanted to sell it, and now all these leaks? then releases "within 24 hours"? And why wasn't that on the front page? Retailers selling leaked versions of LT??

I'm thankful for C4e sharing this information with the public, just like team xbr. "Team Jungle" does this as a hobby on their free time. These guys are programmers and developers PROBABLY at Microsoft   . My hobby is modifications, if I had inside information and/or knowledge to do something like this, I would do it in a minute. Release it to the world? MAYBE. On another note... Thank You Team Jungle I AM A FAN! i'm only observing and reading between the lines

What drama ! I guess its still good to see that they will release it. I still don't get it though, if they want to sell it why don't they just come out and say they are selling it?

In these forums we have discussed the charging issue many times and the possibility of a paid new version of iXtreme. All these are at the past now and C4E did his job without more interruptions and I am sure he releases a very stable and "stealth" firmware for the scene to enjoy. We must all recognize the efforts of C4E and the Team Jungle's, to date, and I hope all will donate to them, so they can keep their great work.

P.S. C4E I hope you will release firmware for all the drives not just the Lite-on. THere is a huge base of users with Samsuns/Toshiba/BENQ waiting for a new firmware.

P.S.2 The official release will be thru xbins?

I find it funny when I see people praising C4E after they bashed in him previous topics. Not going to point out any names, but there are a couple people in this thread who are absolute hypocrites and ungrateful bastards. I sometimes fail to understand the logic of some individuals.

Its hard to see any firmware ever being completely safe on live. The quote you mentioned above sounds like it came from an advert for a car or a tv where there is an unsubstantiated claim made.
