Team Jungle posted a new update on their twitter page: All new checks found, all fws (stealth and non-stealth) will fail these checks and get flagged for banning, except LT!

I think TeamJungle wants to trick us into buying LT when it arrives.

Their business model: iX sux, LT has it all but LT is on hold and to unhold it you need to "donate".

Ok, I'm scared to ask for fear of what the hopefully true answer would be, but anyway...

I have an xbox with benq firmware that has played backups in the past, not entirely sure what fw, but still hasn't been banned, and since the whole ban fiasco has only been playing originals on live, at several different times with several legitimate games, and recently too.

I hope i don't get speculation answers acting like they are the absolute truth in response, but if I continue to play originals on live, is this twitter information trying to convey that no matter what the box will be banned if connected to live? Or is it only on backups, or does anyone even know?

The way I always understood it is that the hacked firmwares launched originals exactly like originals would be launched on official FW, but ran certain checks for backups that were obviously not originals.

Anyone know anything about this?

I think Team Jungle is starting to loose some credibility, even if they are xbox 360 firmware legends. I mean come on, they said the firmware was complete on 11/30/09 and now it seems all they are doing is teasing people. Does anyone even have any additional information to back this up or should we just take their word for it. At this point i don't really care, ill keep playing on LIVE till i get banned again and when that happens ill do it again !

Your only able to play originals on some old non stealth Firmware without being banned. The 4 Newest iXtreme don't matter if you play originals or copies on Live. With the 2 newest kernell it deosn't matter if you play on live or offline, if you play offline your 360 will be flagged and it will be banned as soon you connect to Live. The idea for LT came from the old non stealth Firmwares since people with old firmware playing only originals weren't banned this time.
With the new LT you will have to splitvid all your games manually and correct the kreon error manually also. It was acctually this addones that microsoft were checking for. So you will be 100% safe playing originals on live and about 40-50% safe playing backups with LT. If you know what your doing you can be 90% safe with backups also, however you will have to check every game manually and you can get banned because of just "ONE" Game even if you play offline. So LT isn't for everybody, if your unsure how to make your backups you should stick to originals....

Get fucked, they are the ones responsible for you being able to play pirated games, the least you could do would be to give a donation... after all the hard work going into this.
