dumbass.. the activate.iso turns the stealth/wave checking off.. If the modified firmware is set as if the activate.iso is being used, then the drive powers up with essentially a non-stealth firmware.
the stealth checking code is still in the firmware but it's essentially turned off with the hex edit.
I've been around for several years on here.. this account with very little posts doesn't mean I'm a newbie..
anyone that has stealth enabled firmware on their drives and is running with the latest Dash update from early November is going to get flagged or has already been flagged for a ban..
I have yet to see ANYONE that has been running non-stealth firmware with stealthed media get banned...
Your doing a lot of
assuming here. Just because in your little scenario you have 2 consoles not currently banned does not mean your results are fact of the whole banning process.
There has and will always be banning from older firmwares. Just like new one's not everyone gets banned. You hear/see more about new firmware users being banned cause most people upgraded.
So calm down and stop name calling or using your opinion as fact, truth is and probably always will, we don't know the direct cause for a banning, only educated guesses.
Xtreme,Ixtreme and LT will all be detectable at some point as there are too many variations and user conditions to factor.

no, the activate.iso disables strict compliance for stealth files, the fw will still use any stealth if present.
just stop, you are spreading bullsh|t
Although activate disc does technically enable a copy with no stealth to run.
