Who is the author of this great FW??? Inkognito? Tomorrow I'll surely flash my LiteOn drive. Why Ixtreme team is stopped? The reason is not clear. And now my faith grew up that LT is myth.

Note that comes with f/w says "Patched to always act like if activate.iso was inserted, so blindly loads PFI DMI SS and goes on."

Seems to work fine... I've yet to test it with XeXLoader for game dumping but fingers crossed it'll work (Lite-On drives seem unable to dump wave4 games due to needing the activation disc)!

Does this F/W steath check, or is that what the Activate.iso is used for?

Working so far on liteon 7 series. Wave 4 game boots without problem. Big thx to the creator, whoever he is.

Actually, LT is supposed to be "the next stealth firmware." So we can play backups online without being detected.

But yeah, the demand for LT has now decreased slightly since now there's a firmware for liteon to boot all waves

-One shot boot mode! - allows a one off boot of gamedisc without -stealth/partition checks (will still use stealth), use activate.iso disk to activate each time!

Ixtreme 1.6 Non-stealth same as iX 1.6 hex edited 1 byte responsible for activate.iso

so if I got this correct.. instead of using the activate.iso disc to turn off stealth, you now use it to turn on stealth??

why in the hell would anyone want to turn stealth on, when it was the stealth checks that were creating the flagging for banning??

I'm still running 1.41 non-stealth 12x for BenQ and have never been banned....yet.

Well really, what's the worst that could happen? Those who aren't banned shouldn't be modding their console, let alone using any variant of 1.6. Those who are banned, well this f/w lets you play games without the activate disc, and there's no risk of being banned any more, so...?

excellent work to everyone doing analysis on this data.  more people getting involved rather than waiting for someone to spoonfeed them is the right direction.  This is great work for everyone who is already banned!!!
