In the last pic, it looks like you lifted the 2 pads for 707.  So how did you bridge them?  Did you verify with your multimeter?

Yes i tested with a multimeter the 2 points that i marked, just like you test for short, and fuses. also i used a needle for the probe.
where you normally put the probe or usb xtractor, is still good. Thay is copper u see, i just cleaned it up to get a better connection. i just removed the R707 points when i desoldered it with desolder braid

R52 is an alt point for the R707 and the R708 alt is right beside it

there is a giant warning that comes with the extractor pro staing plugging into usb and serial at the same time will damage unit.

Because you lifted the pads you will need to rebuild.  Follow this tutorial and it should work.

yeh i just lifted the R707 and R708, dont need to rebuilt if u look at my last pic all i have to do is put the pin in where the spear or probe gets the key, them points r fine, ive just found an alt point to use, i should have taken a pic before i lifted the pads, cause i had the points bridged fine, tested with meter, but xtractor pro still wouldnt read my key.
