Depends on if the test on the testing is tested...and if the adjustment of the testing data is tested for unforeseen situations.

If i were M$, and were reading this thread,
i'd send the banning team on a payed holliday, only to start banning after a month after release of the new fw  wink.gif

You know, they "promote" this, and whats to say MS isn't going to get their hands on this, and find a way to break/crack this, and continue the ban wave.  I am sure MS has trolls on this forum that will be putting this on their 360s, and finding out how it works, only for MS to quickly implement this into their ban wave.
