Flasing New Driveboard Hitachi V46
« on: November 26, 2009, 12:34:00 PM »

Hello,

I bought a new drive controller board (Hitachi V47) because I fried my old one. And I’m now trying to get it to work again. Luckily I still got all my original firmware. I’ve got the following files:

X16S-backup Containing:
   -47_16-12x.bin
   -key.bin
   -now.bin
   -was.bin
FLASHIX
RESTORE

I successfully used the RESTORE file but it didn’t work for me. It reads dvd’s but no original 360 games. When I play an original game it says: Put this disk in a 360 console…

I’m guessing I have to flash the drive with the “was.bin” file. But how do I do that? Or maybe using the key.bin to make a working Ixtreme flash file?

Anyone know’s how to get this working?
Thanks.
