Can This Get You Banned?

Is it possible to get banned by playing on a modified offline console...then switching your hard drive and playing on an unmodified online console?

unless you do something daft like play pre release games i intend to do same myself once i buy new arcade ill just use my memory card for profile n saves i went to buy pre owned one to do it with the other day but didnt see point in paying 120 gbp for it when new one only 18 more

Syn, play.com and game are selling refurbed 360s for £99.99 w/ 12 month warrantee, would the newest 360s be hackable ?

I think not. If they try in someway to read the firmware installed when you are on-line, I think the trick could work.
