So now I am banned I don't care about stealth check.
Once wave 5 discs come out it is the last time I would like to have to mod my firmware.
Is there a firmware for Benq that doesn't do stealth checking?

u dont need to mod firmware any more. Just run wavepatcher and patch the game to any wave that ur firmware curently supports.

either what tornadog says.... or flash with ixtreme 1.4.1 non stealth revision

Thats what I was wondering.....for people with banned consoles, wouldn't iXtreme 1.51 be the best firmware to use for current and future wave games? (without having to modify .iso file)

There's rumors that Lite Touch doesn't have any kind of check at all (stealth or wave).

like he said. I have never or will never plan on going on live so I've never stealth checked or payed any attention to the wave stuff. But I have a hitachi 1.51 and every new game (borderlands, CODmw2) has worked on it with no patching necessary.

I have a BenQ running ixtreme 1.51 is there anyway I can run wave 4 without re-flashing? The console was just banned from live so there's no point in updating the firmware anymore if I don't have to.

I tried using ABGX 1.0.2 and patching the video file with the wave 3 version (for a wave 4 game) but when I tried to run it all I got was play DVD on my 360. Any help is appreciated.

1.6 with the activate.iso disk will work for all waves like 1.51 for Hitachi. I have asked this question all over and havent received a response yet, so if someone knows please help. Will 1.61 with the activate disk load any wave??? and will the disk for 1.6 work with 1.61 or is there a new version. please help

yes, it will load any wave. the activate.iso disbales all the stealth checks in yoiur fw.

Banned from Live yesterday using a Toshiba Samsung H943 ms25 with ixtreme 1.6 (non-spoofed).

I have just 'downgraded' the FW on the banned 360 (upgraded really) by going back to
Xtreme firmware 5.2B for TS-H943 Xbox 360.

Since moving away from ixtreme 1.6, I can once again:

Play (some) xbox1 & xbox 360 games from single-layer DVD (as opposed to having to use DVD-DL).
..booted halo 2 on single layer for the first time in years..

The DVD drive runs quieter (and slower) on both originals and backups with Xtreme FW 5.2B.
No more worries about stealth patching.

C4Eva: Thx for the firmware selection over the years.
I knew this would be the FW of choice once banned from live.

Once banned, Xtreme 5.2 seems like the best FW choice.
