Hi,

i have a second Xbox 360 which was never modified. I use it for Xbox Live. One day i had (like many others) 3 RLOD. So MS repaired this Xbox 360. First in the Xbox360 was Samsung Drive, after repair a BenQ was inside.

Now some days ago i was banned from Xbox Live. But that Xbox360 was never modified, i even did not opened that second Xbox 360.

After i was banned, i did some investigation. I also tried a backup of a game - and - it boots on this Xbox 360!!! So MS have changed my genuine Samsung to a modified BenQ !!! And then they banned me!

I also read some time ago, that many get allready modified Xbox 360 from repair center.

Can i take legal action against MS? Because i did never opened or modified my Xbox 360.

You can try.  get a lawyer and let him know and see what he says.
