Game Saves Hacks

is there a program that lets you modd a xbox game save if not can any hackers mod a gamesave for midnight club3dub so you have : for  a example super high hydralics or super big profile tired and over sized rims at the same time or slow motion

yeah i have been lookong for ways to mod gamesaves.  i see that it can be done,  looks like it would be easier to find a tutorial on it rather than actually modding the game itself.  I guess its a tight lip subject so the people at the major gamesave program sites wont loose their jobs, lol.  let me know if u find anything
