Confirmed For A New Type Of 83850c

Yes this is a bad news but i can make sure that the firmware is different, new machine manufactoring after 31/8 should be using the new rom.

We cannot extract the key right now with lo32 or jf1.66

Someone should send one of these new drives to people in the know so something may be done to circumvent whatever new security that has been implemented.

I have read at xboxhacker that one is already on its way to c4eva

i think this time, it wont take long. as i think that just becoz the lo32 not suitable for the 83850c right now, not MS block it intensionally

that is MAYBE, here is CONFIRMED
speak something meaningful to 83850c or dvd firmware modifing

I had an August 2009 LiteOn 83850C from the German repair center two days ago
that extracted and flashed fine. Maybe there is some transition period right now, even
in the repair centers.
