i am going to flash my original liteon to ixtreme 1.6. if i save my original dummy.bin can i just spoof that it into a new fw when it comes out and not have to get the key again?

Is it already flashed with a custom firmware? If it is then you can use he Dummy from Ixtreme in Jungle Flasher to read the dump files and create a dummy.bin from without having the use the probe.

Once you obtained the key, you will never have to dump the drive again. So your correct you can use the dummy.bin everytime when a new fw gets released.
