I noticed the same thing. I just get my girlfriend to get another 3 golds+ & unlock the new ones each time.

When usin the vbscript what errors did you get? If you could let me know, so I can improve it. did you set the debug option?

I know I didn't upload my songs (bloodhound gang, jimmy eat world, incubus, panic! at the disco, and fall out boy songs) simply because they weren't perfect --- I'm ashamed to play other people's songs that are, at best, frustrating.

Anser: how many time did you need to finich your song?

you take more time than the music group they take to make the song

some person are good to blame the work ....... but where is your song

iamthird36 is the admin of the usual FTP. I have permissions to move files around etc, but I've no idea why it's down at the moment.

I just found out the person hosting ftp.joshweber.net has moved and had to take down the server. I don't know when it will be back up. Sorry everyone.

i have a problem all the song that i try work but today i try for the first time 3 song in arcade mode after the 3 song made succesful i have reward 3 songs unlock and after the third one the game freeze bug. i think that my db.dta have something wrong! someone know what?

Yes, I think you could play it off a dvd if you made an .iso with the new songs included on it. Haven't tried it yet but I'm sure it's possible.

Hey

Thanx for all the songs. I only have one problem though. I've uncked and uploaded all the songs, then i sang 3 songs in single - arcade to a gold medal, but only one song gor unlocked. Yoshimi.

so that leaves about 40 songs that didn't get unlocked. What do i do know. I tried googling around, but i found no answers. And you seem to really know your way around KR and the Xbox. Please help me get the rest unlocked. They are all uploaded at the same time, so it is weird that only the one got unlocked ?

When the game ask you if you want to load you saved game choose not to. If every is done right just go sing song's in the arcade mode and the songs you uploaded should be already listed.

yeah well...i tried that...and i only get that one song. I've checked everything is done right...the logfile shows that everything is unzipped an uploaded right. all the songs are in the dta-file.

what do i do?

Every time I try to install this, my HD version of karaoke revolution freezes at the initial loading screen of the game. and then I have to delete it and reinstall. I dont know what Im doing wrong although, I couldnt find a step by step guide. could someone point me in the right direction pleeease?

im having the same problem as you stealthy. what i think it is is that some songs may cause it to freeze at the first konami screen. i dont know how to fix the error though so what i have done is to try and single out the song by adding only a certain few with the unpackager. so far i havent been able to get alrygone.zip when added, past the konami screen. someone please lemme know if they have, im not trying to knock the maker of that one. also is there a limit to how many songs we can send to the box i.e. how big the songs.dta can get in size. i wanted to add every song from the ftp but when i did it didnt get past the konami screen. it could have been the same deal with alrygone.zip or others so i what im gonna do for now is add a few at a time, and then try and see if itll boot, then start again.

@stealthy, the problem is limited to the songs.dta and db.dta just delete those, start again with the original .dta's or last working ones, and then add again and transfer. the files in songs\ or xadpcm\ can be left behind the game still boots even though i have 7gigs of .wav files from all the ftp songs, in xadpcm\ and even though they are not even set to be used. its pretty much trial and error with these songs so just go at it with process of elimination to find the one that is crashing you at boot. then if you do pinpoint it, post the name of it here and maybe someone here can tell us if they were able to get it working.
