ok, I have downloaded a save from codejunkies for Unreal champ 2 (liandria conflict) and another one from xbox saves. I have tried to tranfer the UDATA file onto my xbox into the UDATA directory of UC 2 but the game doesn't even read the save, instead it asks me to create a new one.

I have also tried the action reply save that i got from codejunkies but when i copy that save onto my hdd (via action repaly mem card) it still doesn't even recognise the save and asks me to make a new profile (but the save copies itself successfully to the xbox hdd, and is still there, but UC2 just wont recognize it!)! sad.gif

What I am not doing or doing wrong?

i dont think that there are any saves for UC2 yet. You may be downloading Unreal 2 save files, not Unreal Championship 2 saves. Yes they are 2 different games

Yes I think I may have just some knowledge in the gaming industry to realise that they are indeed two different games.

I cant be bothered 2 download them, cos i have to sign up, lazyness.

If you dont have any save files on your xbox, maybe you need 2 make 1 before you install these.

But really, why do you want these, unless you play on LIVE, cos mod that i made [as simple as it is] eliminates the point of save games with characters unlocked. The only downside is RAIDEN, but meh, he wouldent be as good as devistation, or malcom anyways...

i'd also like to know what's up. it seems like the only game save available right now is the one that doesn't want to work because of a confusion with the UDATA/TDATA directories.

when the real "unreal 2: liandri conflict" game makes a save file, it puts it in /E/UDATA/4d530074. The game save files want to put themselves and the XBXs and all the other things into /E/UDATA/4d570021.

at first i thought it might be as easy as using an FTP client to go in and change the file names around, but alas that didn't work.

if anyone knows how to edit any of the XBX files, or anything like that - that's probably the best bet. OR. if you've unlocked everything, get a program like "X-Save Manager" (from this fancy site here), export your save-file, and put it on the 'net.

i'm just too lazy to finish all the challenges and unlock raiden.
