Latest firmware for your drive is LT v2.01. Make sure you are burning the games correctly. With the iHas burner.

dude ... the point ist that i dont want o use buckups... i want o use my legit copys and those arent working on lt2.0+ so i flash it with stock ms28 fw with my dvd key and still my legit ap2.5 xgd3 games wont work .. the question ist why ... i want to return to my stock fw and i downt want to use buckups no more

Make sure you have the latest dashboard update. Also, make sure you have the correct (newest) original firmware. In case you are not aware, MS updated firmware some time ago, not sure if your drive was affected.

In the future, please compose your post in a fashion that makes it easy to read because it its not clear what you mean.

p.s.

If that doesn't work your drive may be dying. I have one laying around I can sell to you.

thx for nfo , and sry for confusion ;0 i will do some tests but iv got the newest dashboard as i said int the beginning (on my old one after xgd3 ap2,5 game was inserted to drive xbox turned off with lower right red led flashing so iv updated it)

after reflashing my ms28 with stock fw from iextreme website and everything oryginal game works exept xgd3 withc gives me e66 (iv got latest dashoard)

You sure its not supposed to be MS25?  E66 usually comes up from a wrong spoof

Make sure you are using the dvd drive that originally came with the console.
