How To Wipe Hard Disk Clean In Jtag Xbox?

I have a JTAG Xbox that had tons of homebrew software that I installed over the years. I want to COMPLETELY start fresh from the start and rebuild everything.

If I use the native system wipe to wipe the hard disk in the Xbox settings, is that sufficient to WIPE CLEAN of all the homebrew crap (DELETING ALL TRACES) as well as all saved games, installed games, profile, achievement, downloads, etc? I ask because I worried that the native wipe will not delete the homebrew stuff (like XEXMENU) that is installed here.

If you want to completely remove everything, Just go to the hard-drive. And put reformat. Since on my jtag xexmenu is on my harddrive, so everything on jtag should be clean.
