I'm not having any luck with auto-xbins 2008, MS Security Essentials keeps removing it when I download it.

Check the settings. You probably have it defaulting to "remove potential threats" or something of that nature.

Got it up but getting connection error:

CODE
Error:    Transfer channel can't be opened. Reason: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Error:    Could not retrieve directory listing

Nothing to do with Efnet or the channel or the bot.

The FTP server is not working apparently.
