I'd like to request getting this TECMO petition! pinned. The outcome of this is probably going to have a large impact on the legality of what we all enjoy doing here and we'd appreciate it if the community as a whole here in the Game Hacking forums got a chance to view and decide if they'd like to sign and possibly help make a difference.

I really believe this petion should be brought to the public eye of Xbox-Scene. The case in general is ludicrous, and we can't have the well being of such contributing members jeopardized. This is a way for all of us to help in ways that we can. So I ask that maybe Iriez or XanTium make this petition public on the site home page. Thank you.

I don't believe in online petiitons, but since Cypher doesn't have a donations PayPal account (which I think would be more vital), I too support this petition stickied in the meantime.

Not going to happen, they had links to material that was modded from their own creative doings. They're the copyright holders so I'd get over it.
