Changing Game Profile Names

doesnt anyone by chance know how to hack the profile name for games.
For example I downloaded an action replay save that forces me to use the profilename JAY FNG well my name isnt what I want. How can I change it from JAYFNG to Jessica
iI dont wanna claim the save as my own I just want the profile to match all the other profiles I use in other games. please get back to me on a step by step on how to change the save file to work properly with a profile name change. NOTE THAT NOT ALL GAMES ALLOW YOU TO INGAME EDIT THE PROFILE NAME IVE TRIED. Thanks So Much
