you can hack open the "frontend folder" and change "races.ini"  this controls all the time limits, number of cars you must pass, speeds you must achieve in the camera race, and how many kudos you get per race.  very easy to change... but time consuming.  i suggest opening it up it notepad, and using "find and replace" for all the kudos.
