i dump the certificate with xbedump

xbedump.exe default.xbe -dc > a.txt

Signature key = E84E0D1A723264F0AF26E7A91433B8A4
and i have the default authkey
AuthKey =  31A43F9B548DB278EF1D0AF8E74BD5B016324526
folder = 626A0002

and this is the resign.ini entry:

why would you wanna mod this game iv finished it 10 times its realy easy and only takes a few hours
