I tried to burn special ops iso from my hd and the error massage came up saying not enough sectors on the disc. the file size is a whopping 4,600,000+ (can remember the exact size)

Can I simply extract the iso delete the german and italian languages and reburn? Also there are a shed load of movies. what i sthe best way to go about re-encoding them to a smaller size?

One last thing. Can I FTP the iso to xbox or do I have to ftp the folders?
