I paid for a booster pack on PGR2. I download a new city and 8 cars.
It seem it have been saved in my saves games.
But i tried to back them up and  put them in my brother's xbox, and it did'nt work.(I tried with XsaveMgr, and the saves games in E/:UDATE and E/:TDATA)
I see my profile in his save game and all the things i downloaded that were in my save game are there too, but in the game itself, i cannot see them.
Is there something else i have to change to be able to share the downloads ,that i legaly have and paid, to another xbox?

I believe that the eeproms have to match or it won't work. I'm not sure though.

It isn't legal to copy to another Xbox, so..

 You are correct.  Because of the DLC security, maily because of the PDLC, you cannot backup the DLC and use it on another Xbox.  You can though backup the DLC and restore it back to the same xbox, in case of drive failure or human error.

The best thing to do with the PDLC is not to purchase it.  The more people that buy that garbage the more of that garbage will become standard.

The legally paid for is right, you did pay for it on the one Xbox.  The other Xbox therefore must have the software paid for too.  That is M$'s little secret weapon to make shitloads of money.  The PDLC fees are going to make them even more money then the games or Live eventually with the rate people are excepting the PDLC.
