i have an OG xbox and a fat 360 with an opus mobo(the xenon replacement mobo to fix RRoD but no hdmi). i am looking to run many different console emulators on it and a ton of roms to simulate an arcade machine. for the old xbox what would be the benefit of hard modding and using mod chips vs soft mods and doing the hack with splinter cell game, or vice versa. and would it be worth it to buy a RGH chip from xecuter for the 360 with opus mobo? since thats the only way it would be able to run unsigned code

on the original xbox. soft mod it. its easier and cheeper. u can upgrade the hdd with chimp.not sure about the 360 im still on xbox 1's for now. u get the same end result but a chip costs money.
