Help Getting 32x/sega Cd Working With Neogenesis?

okay i have my roms, bios and the emulator on my e drive in my apps folder. the genesis part works perfectly fine. when i try to play sega cd (either iso or cd)  or 32x games it goes to boot and then shows a black screen. i use Kega for my PC and i know you have to tell it where the system bios's are. do you have to do the same with this? i couldnt find a way to do so.
