First of alll, Plz Vote on thee poll, after reading this post!!!!!

QUOTE(tizyx @ Feb 21 2005, 04:42 PM)
It would be really a great release if xport's developers could update BorX to OpenBorX!   :)   Unfortunately all the latest bor mods are based on Openbor engine (it works very well, no sprite limitation, greater compatibility and new moves availables), so i can't play them anymore, the same as a lot of other xbox owners that would be VERY VERY VERY grateful if Xport could port OpenBor to Xbox!  Please think about it  ;)

also one more thing the source code for the most recent version of OpenBor can always be found here:

http://www.gamikaze.org/board/viewtopic.php?t=2623

or more easlily here: http://atrkid2.free.fr/ the newer the date the newer the file: here is how the file is  named: "OpenBOR Test dayOfTheMoth-Month-Year.zip", example: "OpenBOR Test 4-3-2005.zip", and it happens to be the most recent version of Openbor and The Source is Stored in a file called: "openbor+.txt" (of course without the qoutes)

so peace out,

Darth

I really hope OpenBorX happens because then i can make a More Sophisticated S.O.R. Based BOR Mod for the XBox and PC, and not just the PC <

We were working towards a stable release of OpenBor, and we have one.
All the old bugs have been removed and many new features added.

There probably wont be any major updates for a while, so it is at a point now where it is quite ready to be ported to XBOX.

DOS and DC versions already released, and PS2 version might be on the way also.

If Xport is at all interested in porting OpenBor, or anyone for that matter, please contact me directly through this site.

I am the overseer of the project, and the formal/proper contact.

the latest versions are always available @ gamikaze.org (check the forums)

darthtron: could u remove that link please it's someone's personal folder.

Guys It doesn't seem Xport are intrested at all.
the current xbox port suffers crashing from most mods and will not run any made with openbor (which is growing)

I still think Xport would like to do it, but would rather do other stuff.

At this time I'd be happy with a resounding no, or being told F 'off, any answer would be of more help than none... <
